REFUNDS, Digital Products Only: If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any of our digital products, you may request a refund of your purchase price within 7 days of the date of purchase for that particular product.
If you have received commissions payments prior to requesting a refund, you may be required to return the commissions that were already sent to you. At the time of refund request, you will be given easy instructions for returning these commissions to Heal so that we may process your refund.
ALL refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] no later than midnight EST of the 7th day after the date of purchase.
Providing that the above qualifications have been met, your refund will be processed and returned to your method of payment, that we have on file, within 14 days.
REFUNDS, Physical Products Only: If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any of the physical products you’ve purchased, you may request a refund of the purchase price paid within 30 days of the date of purchase. Shipping, taxes and related costs will not be refunded. You will not be required to return any of the unused product.
RETURNS for EXCHANGE, Physical Products Only: In the event that you need to return a product for a replacement or exchange, your request must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the date of purchase. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by email with instructions for return.
Returned physical products must arrive at our facility within 21 days of issuance of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Late or Missing Refunds: If you have requested a refund for a digital or physical product, please allow up to two weeks for your charge to be refunded.
If, after two weeks, you do not see your refund appear, please contact your financial institution first to confirm whether the amount is pending.
If the financial institution does not see your refund pending and you still have not received your refund after two weeks, please send an email to support at [email protected].
ACCOUNT CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel your account with Heal at anytime by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Cancellation requests received more than 7 days after the date of purchase will NOT result in a refund of purchases made, however, you will not be billed additional amounts as long as you cancel 72 hours prior to your next scheduled automatic billing date.
